mold everywhere, barefoot and not masks “sanitizing” the rooms. Untruthful front desk workers. Not a safe environment.
RecommendedOlder hotel but very clean and comfortable. Great value with an excellent location and view, my 2nd time staying and I will come again. Could use a few more carts for easier checkout with luggage.

I will never come here again. waited in line for over an hour to get checked in (not their fault) then when I finally got up to the counter the lady acted like she was on pills or something, slow moving, very quiet, gave us a key that didn't even work, and was overall just insanley rude and not with it. this lady needs to be fired. the check in process would of gone alot smoother and faster. her coworker on with her was amazing and even helping numerous guests at one time. while we were being helped the other lady helped 4 o... read more

Before you make a reservation at this location, take the time to look at their Google and yelp reviews. You will see that this is not a place you want to make reservations at. There was a time when I lived in Macon that this hotel was well-kept. I was on my way to Florida to see my dad for the last time. I made a point to stop in Macon to visit old friends because I mistakenly thought this place would still be a nice place to spend the night.
better service, make sure rooms and the appliances are in working order before someone checks into it. It took a little over 2 hours for someone to fix the TV so it would work. Had to ask three times to get someone to come fix it. The phone was also not in working order.
