I absolutely do not recommend. Staff laughed at me when I expressed a concern. I don’t even want to stay here for the rest of the night. I feel extremely uncomfortable, unsafe, and disrespected. They have a free door dash code which is cool as heck but I find it pretty disgusting that they made me leave my cats in my hot car. My cats are litter trained and flea treated yet anyone can bring a dog in? Is your dog litter trained? I am disgusted. This goes for many hotel/motel chains and I find it absolutely appalling. RecommendedMy husband and I stayed in the New Mexico Cave room last night (8/29/20). Before our stay even began, we had a great experience with a staff member we spoke to on the phone who helped us with a special request. When we showed up, the lady at the desk was equally as helpful and friendly. Our room was nothing short of magical! Outdated hotel smells musty. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Limits need to be put on the Hottub. Not enough pool towels.
