Friendly,fast,efficient service. All work done was explained. Waiting area large,supplied with all the amenities to make the time pass quickly.
I'm not a huge fan of the car buying process but I had a great experience at Capitol Subaru with Joe Howard. He was very helpful, attentive and a pleasure to work with. I can't wait to drive my new Subaru and would happily recommend Joe and Capitol Subaru to my friends and family.

I wasn't even considering a Subaru, but since we were just across the street and the Honda didn't really work for me, I decided to test drive a couple of cars. When I walked in I was immediately approached by Eric McKune, in a friendly and helpful manner. I told him what I was looking for and he immediately showed me a few options. He was super knowledgeable and answered ALL of my questions. It was an easy, fast, and pleasant process.
