Jermaine Washington provided me with one of the more pleasurable experiences I have ever had at a dealership. He treated my husband and myself as if we were the most important people in the world. Did not try to rush us at all or press us into making a decision; answered all of my many questions. He is a very knowledgeable young man, knows how to answer your questions before you even knew you had the question. He is a true asset to Capitol Subaru.
