Just bought a 2017 Impreza. The process was great! Our sales person, Liz Rodgers, was awesome!! Super knowledgeable, and able to answer all our questions, kept us informed through the process.
The sales personnel, particularly Riley Wright, were very friendly and helpful when I bought my car, a 2010 Honda Fit. It has been the after sale experience I've been troubled by. Two days after driving the car off the lot, the car wouldn't start - the battery was dead. I got a jump from a friend. After another couple of days, the battery was dead again. I ended up having to buy a new battery. The AAA guy said the battery had died because it had come to the end of its life - six years. I realize I bought the car "as is", but... read more
While we were a bit uneasy that we had to bring our brand new forester in for a computer reset (?), your folks were great and the digs are super comfortable for a customer waiting area! We bought our car at a different Subaru dealership, so this was warranty work. I hope I don't have to come back too often, but I will be back for the great service.
Subaru' s are great cars. I love my new used 2013 Subaru Impreza, I will be using it to go visit my kids in Bend Or. The sales person Stacy was great. Explained everything very well. I believe that we got a great deal. I'd go back for sure. Shelly Volk
