Great staff. Very easy process! Was in and out in less than 2.5 hours.
John Mendrin was really awesome. He was easy to talk to and made us feel welcome and comfortable purchasing a car.
I worked with Todd Hakes Jr and we came to an agreement on a car I really liked. He was super nice and helped me feel like I was important to him! Definitely will be coming back here!
Bought a brand new '15 Forester from here and already they are telling me to replace the engine and since my "extended" warranty they handed out this past summer already expired they basically gave me the SOL...oh by the way it was due to excessive oil consumption due to their faulty pistons...never will I buy or use the service at this Subaru location again!
John Baker was informative, friendly, awesome and had the best sense of humor. Made the experience not only painless, but fun. I got exactly what I wanted in a way reasonable amount of time. 10/10
We went to Capitol Subaru not planning to purchase a car on that particular day. However, Micah Saggs helped us find a car and gave us an offer that we couldn’t refuse!! He was great at making sure we knew all of the information we needed to know, and anything he didn’t know he was quick to ask and get us an honest answer.
