Really wonderful experience and I would highly recommend them. Ken and Jermaine made the process very easy and I feel very comfortable returning to this location in the future. The experience from the beginning was very formal and informative! Kenneth was very helpful and provided multiple vehicles that we were able to review at our own pace. Justin from the financial department was able to provide me comfortably what my economic options were that ultimately lead to my choice in an SUV. I plan on keeping my business with Capitol Auto Group for future purchases and would recommend them to family and friends seeking to find a new or used vehicles in the future!

Quick reply. Good communication. But they only ever had a stock photo and didn’t want to send me actual photos unless I was going to come test drive the car. (Not cool.)

Very professional and pleasant. Went in for oil change and winter prep. Nice waiting area with coffee, popcorn, WiFi, plugs.
Poor experience:Emailed and confirmed to the dealer that I was paying for the vehicle, in full, via credit card. In addition, I worked out a preliminary deal before I drove to the dealership. (with a $1000 margin for either party to work with depending upon the condition of the truck and my trade in. ) My salesperson, Casey, was awesome, but the company didn't want to comply with credit card payment and/or the original deal. Had the most amazing experience today buying my beautiful 2019 Subaru Crosstrek! Rafael was my amazing salesperson, very warm and friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle. Riley was amazing when going through the owner’s manuals and setting up the car for my needs. The finance guys (especially Chris) were amazing as well. This could not have been a better experience.
