Our business has always been on the leading edge of dental technology. We use CEREC technology to make same day crowns, intra oral cameras, laser, and digital readiography. We also have 3D radiology to assist in accurate implant placement. Our paratcie has been serving the dental needs of the Capitol Hill community for over 39 years!

I have been seeing Dr. Bouchard for over 30 years. He is the best Dentist ever. His daughter joined the practice a couple of years ago. They keep very up to date on all the latest technologies and protocols. It is a very pleasant environment. Everyone who works at Capitol Hill Dental is wonderful. I don't think it is possible to like going to the dentist, but I never really mind my visits with Dr. Bouchard. I highly recommend Capitol Hill Dental Group.
Even though my husband and I have been occasional clients of CHDG over the last 25 years, the office is always pleased to see us. We work for the federal govt, mostly overseas, but we keep our dental business with CHDG because they refuse to put us in the dustbin! We find the Capitol Hill location very convenient on the Capital South Metro stop. Whenever we are in-country and need to return for dental work -- no question, we return to CHDG!
Dr. Thomson and the whole team have always been great to me. They are always friendly, seem to have the latest technology, have astetically pleasing offices, and most importantly have always done excellent work to meet my dental needs.
I came in with an emergency and was treated with patience. Questions answered truthfully and the work was done with no anxiety. Much thanks!
Dr. Bouchard is my favorite doctor of all my doctors, hands down. He and his staff are friendly, professional, and welcoming. Dr. Bouchard goes out of his way to explain the procedures he's doing and answers any questions. Great experience!
I was in Washington for a visit when I unfortunately cracked a molar. Capital Hill Dental (my sister's dentist) scheduled me to come in for a quick look on short notice. I was placed in the ver capable hands of Dr. Alexandra Thomson, who was very thorough and thoughful. Dr Thomson treated my tooth immediately and gave me the information I needed to follow up with my dentist once I returned home. Very caring, very informative. My visit was excellent as always. Staff is always pleasant and I like Dr. Hodges.
With my bad teeth, I am a challenging patient. Dr. Thomson has been super conscientious. A weak crown on my front tooth broke last Dec. She came in at 7 the next a.m. on her day off so I would look okay travelling that day. A recent back crown somehow moved so that food started getting caught. She redid it at no charge. She's great at explaining, including explaining my choices. I like her very much.
On Friday, the 23rd, I had a scheduled cleaning & check-up with Dr Thomson. The care I received from her & from the dental assistant was efficient & professional in every respect, which has been my experience since first coming to Capitol Hill Dental Group a number of years ago.
