RecommendedToday my Morky was very ill, wheezing, lethargy and shortness of breath. I called them at 0700 on ‘Black Friday’ and they asked me a few questions and said bring him in. The staff were prompt, kind and empathetic. They walked a nervous fur parent through a very nerve wrecking day. The veterinarian called for more information on Toto’s history, explained how long the process would take and why. Later called me back with the diagnosis and follow up instructions. Yesterday was my first visit with my kitten Annabelle. The staff was so great at helping keep her calm and with answering any questions I have. Everyone was so kind. We were super early for the appointment and they were quick to get us in a room, the lady at the front desk, I can’t remember what her name was even came back and talked to me before the vet was able to come do Annabelle’s check up. Annabelle is my first kitten and they did a great job of giving me information and even showed me the proper way to trim her nails.... read more
The staff are always nice and knowledgeable! Our sweet puppy is a handful when she is around new people but, the vet and the staff took their time and went slow with her! This made a huge difference for us! You can tell they really care about your pets and want what is best for them!! Best clinic I have come across! I highly recommend!
Our dog was bitten by another dog and they were able to get us in within 15 minutes of my calling them and we were there less than half an hour. Dr Welty and the rest of the staff was just amazing. We really, really appreciated them and what they were able to do for our fur baby.
Dr. Welty has been the vet for our fur babies for the past seven years and we could not be happier. He treats our Golden retriever like one of his own dogs and we can't say enough good things about his wonderful staff and vet techs!
While I didn't love the reason we were there this time, the staff made sure our last moments with our dog, Nadia, were the very best they could be. Very professional, empathetic, and respectful.
