Do not go here if you want to be treated like a person by the front desk office, they treated me with rudeness and refused to help me, especially one employee that I’ll be reporting. I’ve dealt with this for yrs but this time it has been enough for me. It’s unfortunate because I do like the docs. Please don’t go here and go to another CWC location
I did not have a good experience here. The receptionist were always rude, and had a poor attitude any time me or my husband called. The office is very busy and finding available times was a challenge. 2 stars because I did enjoy Dr Georgeiou. She had great bedside manner, and an upbeat positive attitude.
It’s an okay place overall, but the biggest issue is the consistently long wait times. Every visit turns into a 2-3 hour process, even when we arrive on time for our appointment. It often feels like they’re either understaffed or struggling with time management. We typically wait for an hour before anything even begins, and once things start, there are delays that extend the visit. I am very grateful to all the providers at this practice including Abby and Hannah. This was my first pregnancy and I feel like all my concerns were addressed and well taken care of. I definitely recommend Dr Laurin because as a black woman, it was very important to me to have someone who looks like me take care of me during my delivery. So if you are going for this office as a pregnant woman and looking for some representation, Dr Laurin comes in highly recommended.
I am impressed with the personal care and professionalism of CWC div 21. Every provider I have seen over my three pregnancies there has been excellent and trustworthy. They've all taken the time to answer my questions and are clear and direct in their responses.
