If you value your time and expect any modicum of courtesy or respect from receptionist staff, I'd think twice before booking an appointment here. Months ago, I scheduled a 9:15 appointment for today. Awful customer service from front desk staff while trying to schedule an appointment as a new patient. The staff member I spoke to was rude and uncaring which is incredibly discouraging, frustrating, and unhelpful when trying to seek out care as a first-time patient in a new place.
Doctors and midwife are excellent! Sometimes it's hard to schedule appointments because they are overbooked which is frustrating but the care received is great. Used them in 2018 with my first pregnancy with my daughter and in 2024 with my pregnancy with my son. Hannah the midwife is great and listens attentively to patients questions and concerns.
I love Dr. Laurin and this review does not reflect on her in no way. I scheduled an appointment back in September for my yearly exam. I arrived to my appointment only to find out that my appointment had been canceled and I was told that someone had left a voicemail. The receptionist seemed not too concerned and there were no apologies for a he inconvenience that it caused me. I haven’t seen a doctor yet, but the nurses are nice. The ultrasound technician, however, was quite cold and didn’t seem concerned about any discomfort caused by moving the probe, though she did complete the procedure. I also encountered mixed experiences with the front desk staff: one was quite rude, while the other was very friendly.
