Just had my baby in January and this practice was horrible. Front desk never acknowledges you; they never call back for messages I’ve left. Also the ultrasound tech is stand off ish and cold. Apparently she doesn’t allow children to come to the ultrasound appts cause it’s too distracting but as a full time SAHM what choice do I have? Other than drive all the way to Bethesda to see the other ultrasound tech which is not feasible. I filed a formal complaint after a deeply distressing appointment in October. Nearly four months later, nothing has been resolved. What’s been most alarming is the administrative stonewalling: office staff refuse to provide leadership contact information, managers don’t return calls, and I’ve repeatedly been denied the next person in the chain of command. I had an excellent experience at Capital Women’s Care with Abby Wurzel, CRNP. Abby was professional, compassionate, and took the time to listen carefully to all of my questions and concerns. She explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and well-informed throughout my visit. I greatly appreciate the quality care I received and would highly recommend Abby Wurzel and Capital Women’s Care to anyone seeking knowledgeable and compassionate women’s health services.
I’ve had good experiences seeing most of the doctors here — Georgiou, Apgar, and Wolfgram. The Nurse Practitioner Abby is great too.
I have been coming here for years and I think they have become way more efficient and caring in their approach to patient care. they are a busy practice. Phone calls can take long and long hold times but I only assume it's because they give each patient so much attention. front desk staff is nice but busy. Nurse Terri is sweet and gets things done. everyone else is great too
