I’ve been trying to get ahold of the front desk for days regarding my continuity of coverage issue, no one answers
AVOID. I had a baby in July and I have been coming since the beginning of my pregnancy. Some of the people ( not all) at the front are extremely rude like they do you a favor by talking to you. Same goes for the ultrasound specialist. Last Friday I did not miss the appointment on 08/29- you refused to see me because I was late with a few weeks old baby in my hands. CNM Hannah Sherry delivered my baby a few weeks ago and I had an amazing experience!!! She was truly so kind, patient, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. She treated me with such compassion. I’m so grateful for her kindness and professionalism, it made all the difference. Highly recommend!!! And the other Drs in the practice are great as well.
I’ve been with this practice, specifically Dr. Wolfgram, for 15+ years. I’ve had all 3 of my babies with this practice. I called today to schedule my annual and was told Dr Wolfgram is retiring :-( and that another physician isn’t available to see me until NEXT YEAR. That’s nearly 6 months from now. Guess it’s time to move on to another practice…Don’t bother making an appt here as you won’t be seen for MONTHS and they clearly don’t value their long-time patients.
Do not go here if you want to be treated like a person by the front desk office, they treated me with rudeness and refused to help me, especially one employee that I’ll be reporting. I’ve dealt with this for yrs but this time it has been enough for me. It’s unfortunate because I do like the docs. Please don’t go here and go to another CWC location
