Dr. L always has a pleasant demeanor and is very helpful and informative. She answers questions thoroughly and very thoughtfully. She also answered questions in the portal very timely. Highly recommend.
My doctor was very knowledgeable and great. She was also patient with my many questions.
I was here for over an hour for a 2pm appointment. I checked in on time and spoke to the front desk. I even confirmed before my appointment when they sent me a notification to confirm. After an hour of not being seen and 5 ppl going in front of me I spoke up and they said i was never checked in. It’s disappointing and really saddened that my time was not taken in consideration. They could have checked in with who’s sitting in front of them (me) periodically. That is proper hospitality. I am upset how this was taken
All of the staff was very welcoming and sweet, but Joanna especially was absolutely delightfull! Dr. Leightheiser is a wonderful provider. I was panicked from my past experiences and some SA trauma, but I hardly felt anything and she was quick and so so supportive I wanted to cry from relief. I will never go ANYWHERE else. I have found my doctor. Thank you so much, Dr. Leightheiser, Joanna, and the rest of the staff <3
