This facility is the worst and are utter crooks! I visited their office in March 2023 for an annual visit which went well but then the provider asked me what else is going on so I told her about an issue that their office had referred me to a specialist for treatment last year. I was well aware of what is going on with me because I was being actively treated for it. However as she asked, I obliged with an answer.
