One of the best dealerships for service on Volvo I have been to. Cameron Clifton is one of the best consultants I have had the pleasure to deal with. My Volvo service professional is Cameron Clifton. I have dealt with Cameron for the past four years. I have always found him to be honest, polite, efficient and knowledgeable. Whenever I have called, he has been quick to take care of any concerns. On the rare occasion when I have left a voicemail, he is quick to return my calls. Cameron can make you feel as if you're his only customer there. My experiences have always been very pleasant.

I had a recall for the ignition switch for my VW Routan. I was routed to Capital Volkswagen and the service was awesome! My wife dropped the van of Tuesday morning and they shuttled her to job. In under 3 hrs they called to say everything was fixed and taken care of. Then they came back to pick me up so I could pick up my van! I just had my VW Beetle serviced at Capital Volkswagan in Tallahassee Florida. Ryan Boatwright did a great job of taking care of all my needs. He took extra time to discuss and review all the things with my Beetle that needed serviced as well as talked to me about other service recommendations. Ron Carter is the kindest, most laid back car salesman I have ever dealt with. With Ron's NO pressure attitude he made things much less intimidating than most car salesman. Ron could have easily convinced me to buy a brand new car & in return he would have made more money...but instead he sold me the car he knew I really wanted....a black convertible BMW. This is the 2nd purchase I've made through Capital Eurocars & I was fortunate enough to have Ron Carter as my salesman both times. Thank you, Ron!!!!

This is my second lease with Capital VW. They definitely hire good staff as I worked with different salespeople each time. Both of whom were great! This month I worked with Ronald Carter, he was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. He made my experience smooth and followed through on what he told me from the get go.
