I contacted Capital Volkswagen and spoke with Billy Pierini asking if I could trade in my Atlas which still had a two year lease on it for a smaller SUV. I loved the Atlas but found that it was too big for me. Billy was by far the best auto sales person I have ever encountered. He is courteous, fair, helpful and very knowledgeable. With all of these attributes he also puts no pressure on his customers. I highly recommend Billy!
Jacob Moreno made my experience of buying my first car the best! He was very thorough with all of the information he gave me. He showed me all the features that my new car offered and even helped me set up the apps on my phone that work with my car. Every step of the way, he has been so understanding and helpful. I had tons of questions, with this being my first car purchase, and he never made me feel like burden. Iâ??m so appreciate and love my new car!!

Finally I found Capital Eurocars and Joe Trozzo, my Audi connection! Recently I moved to Destin Florida and needed to located a courteous and reliable Audi dealership to do some warranty work on my 2014 A6. This has not been easy until I learned of Capital Eurocars. As usual, everything went great at my recent Volvo service! Cameron Clifton met me at the car as soon as I drove up. I appreciate all he always does to help make the service experience as painless as possible, and for always explaining everything! Also, everything was completed in less time than I expected! I have a broken spring on the driver's front wheel. When I phoned Capital Eurocars, Rosemarie Jones was more than helpful in getting me looked after. She had to make a call to make sure they could get the parts (I have a Canadian Jetta) then called me back with a price and set up a service date that would work with my schedule. She was very polite, helpful and professional in her dealings with me. Once our company leave, we will have the repairs made.
Didoil change and 10k mile service. Made appt, Joe Trozzo got me right in and right out. Great service and washed/cleaned the car for me thank you!!

Volvo headquarters sent a Recall notice about the passenger side seat belt buckle on my 2016 S60 Volvo. I took the car in and Cameron Clifton met me as I drove in. The buckle was looked at and found to be just fine. I had a couple of concerns regarding the car and Cameron brought out a mechanic (and I apologize as I do not remember his name) to answer the questions Questions answered and car was taken to detailing for it's free wash!
