RecommendedHUGE recommendation for Joe Tomberlin and all the service crew at Capital Chrylser Jeep Dodge! These guys were able to find and repair an issue that was difficult to determine and that no other Jeep dealer in the area even cared to try to. I knew it wasn't going to be easy, but they listened to my concerns and stayed on the case until they figured it out and fixed it. They're 30+ minutes from home, but worth every extra mile and the ONLY place I am going for service for my Grand Cherokee from now on!

I went to CapitalCJDodge just to look at new trucks. From the moment I walked through the door I was politely greeted and treated with respect! A little while later they had offered me a deal on a truck loaded with options I wanted. They basically made me a deal I would have been stupid to walk away from. My husband and I purchased a 2020 Dodge Ram 3500 DRW yesterday, the 4th of July. Our salesman Bobby did an excellent job. He was patient and made sure we got what we needed out of our purchase. We also had an outstanding experience with the finance manager Bill. Everyone had a good attitude. Would purchase again.
Randy Adams was awesome when we purchased our pre-owned vehicle. He brought 2 vehicles to our home, answered all our questions, and delivered the purchased vehicle cleaned up and gassed, and got us through all the paperwork. Never had to leave home. I have been dealing with Capital since a purchase in 2007 and always found the people pleasant and helpful.
I will NEVER go back to Capital CJD. They were my go to for parts, accessories, oil changes and inspections. MY last experience I found them to be rude and not very knowledgeable.
