Horrible experience. Won’t ever go back. Bought my 6th vehicle from them and it was a lemon. Leaked, mold grew inside and they couldn’t get the parts to fix it. Tried to fix it and installed a broken part and scratched up my truck in the process. Service referred me to Sales to replace the vehicle. Sales referred me back to Service. Contacted RAM Care/ FCA and they refused to help because they said the dealership was still working with me. Dealership couldn’t get correct part for 2 months. they have a very terrible way of communicating with people and trying to take advantage of someone like they did with me when I bought a 2016 Dodge Ram from them

Had a great experience shopping for my Dodge Challenger. Chris was so very helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend him to meet your needs. He was very patient and kind, not pushy at all or just trying to sell me something but was interested in what I was looking for as a customer. He took his time with me after my purchase and helped me get familiar with my new car. I will most certainly request Chris in the future and I give him a high recommendation.

James Kinney is my “go to guy”. He is always helpful and answers any questions I may have. Everyone is pleasant and courteous and the area is always clean. James let’s me know approximately when my van will be ready and if it takes longer, he makes me aware of it. Always let’s me know if I need any additional maintenance.
Just got our 2019 Chrysler serviced there this morning would recommend it to anyone . Just in express lube and in less than an hour was back on the road . Easy / fast / very courteous / wait was in a clean neat area
