Just was treated horribly by the sales manager here because I was comparing his deal to other dealerships. Didn’t realize that shopping around is some kind of insult. Johny Martinez the salesman on the other hand did a really good job but the attitude of the sales manager was much less to be desired

attention to detail customer service
My husband bought a Dodge Ram 1500. They cheated him out of $2000. Better Business Bureau rated them a D-. They are very poor on customer service. They charged more for the dealer options, WINDOW STICKER for side step $795. THEY CHARGED $899. WINDOW STICKER FOR Nitrogen in Tires. $95. THEY CHARGED. $199. We tied to talk to the GM of the dealership, but he said NO you signed and took the truck, deal is done.
