I highly recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle @ Capital Chrysler Jeep, Garner, NC. My experience purchasing my first Jeep, breathless. All the Staff, were all nice and patient because I was undecided about which Jeep, I wanted at the time. For the most part, everyone was professional, super nice and they didn’t harassed me about purchasing a car. Thanks Guys!

Worst experience with a car dealer ever!!! Its been almost 3 months and still have not received tags or title. Keep sending them items needed and they will not confirm they have received. A bunch of buffoons.
Joe T. texted me first thing and let me know exactly what was going on. He answered all of my questions. When I told him I didn't want a certain service, I wasn't badgered into getting it, (unlike the BD days), which I truly appreciated. The quality of the service department has truly improved! I highly recommend talking to Joe for your service needs and Patrick D. for buying your next vehicle!
I bought a 2020 Ram 2500 July 18 2020. I made an appointment for service to address some warrant issues on August 17 at 7:30am. When we arrived I asked for a loaner. And was informed they didn’t have any then but would get something cleaned up in about an hour. At 9am after no one came to us I went to check on the truck.
