I've been to this Hyundai location multiple times with my parents when they were buying three other cars. When I searched for my now new car, Chris was excellent in providing information on a variety of cars I wanted to look at and he gave me an excellent deal. I've always had good service at Hyundai but I'm here...waiting on a battery to be changed that was covered under warranty...currently at 3hrs45mins....no I didn't have an appt but this is just ridiculous....

I recently purchased a 2016 Elantra here. The salesman was great. However, I'm not impressed with the lack of follow up on a few service issues. First, the day after buying the car, I noticed a chip in the right taillight lens. I was told they would gladly replace it, but was never called to bring it in. Second, I inquired to the salesman regarding a second smart key. The car is Certified Pre Owned and should have two keys. Again, no response.
