I found the dealership through a 3rd party advertisement -as they had an Outback that fit my personal parameters. I inquired about the vehicle and a sales rep was in contact right away. They did provide a loaner while the service was being done to my vehicle, which was nice even though it was very unclean. They also replaced the battery in my key fob for free which was also nice (a different dealership charged me $8 to replace the battery in the other fob). My vehicle was getting the 60000mile service but after reviewing the recommended services in my owners manual, Capital doesn't perform all of them as apart of their package. Absolutely wonderful experience with Shaun who gave me thr car of my dreams and explained everything to me thoroughly and I the CUSTOMER he treated with the highest respect and he’s very professional to be such a young man! I love my Subaru !!!!! Shon receives a 10!!!
