Very friendly staff, I Worked directly with Shea and Derrick, they got me into the car I wanted and where I wanted to be with my payment after some tough negotiations! Washed the vehicle and filled it up when I was signing paper work! Will definitely go back for our next car
Service is great. However if you buy a car there beware of Derrick the business manager....I was under duress after a medical procedure and he over sold me on the extended warranties....I wanted one warranty and he put two in my contract...I stopped payment on my down payment until they cancelled both of my extended warranties...that was August 6 it is now Sept 24 and I have still not recvd my refund from Capital...Derrick will not even tell me when I should expect a refund. Buyer beware. But service is fabulous I can recomm... read more
