I bought a new 2019 Outback last year. At the end of August the radio messed up (extremely loud static and wouldn’t come on sometimes). They said they had to replace the amp and it should be there the following Tuesday since Monday was a holiday. Never heard anything from them. Ok, time to go public. Aug 3, Took my car that was purchased this past December to Capital Subaru of Greensboro with a complaint of a clicking noise coming from the driver side dash when the ac is full blast and accelerator is pressed. Within an hour, I got a call saying they couldn’t duplicate the noise and the car was ready for pick up. I told them to try again, and with some effort, they duplicated the noise. We had our 2013 Subaru Legacy towed to Capital Subaru of Greensboro with a transmission related P2763 code, which lit up multiple dashboard warning lights. I wouldn't have picked a dealership as a first go to, but Subaru had extended the warranty on the transmission from 60k to 100k, and from 5 to 10 years as consumers had multiple issues. Impressive service today! They picked up my car, fixed my headlight for a reasonable charge and delivered it back to me a couple of hours later! The employees were courteous and friendly.
Excellent experience. We were treated with the best care and were made sure that we got what we needed. There were several people involved in our car buying experience and I cannot express how amazing they all were. We purchased our car and was out of there in just a couple of hours!
Capital Subaru is by far the most honest and reliable dealership I have ever worked with. Especially Luis, our salesman, was such a pleasure and was beyond helpful. Car buying can be a stressful venture, but these guys make it as easy as possible. Thanks so much!
