RecommendedI recently purchased a 2017 Subaru Outback from Capital. I found them quite helpful in locating the vehicle that had exactly the features I wanted and flexible in negotiating price. The car came with only one key, which disturbed me--I wanted a spare--and they arranged to procure a spare key at no charge to me.

They are very thorough with the care they give Shirley ( 2019 Hyundai Elantra) I love the emails and reminders for all our service needs. it's also cool that they have partnered with Lyft and offer rides to and from. being a Lyft/ Uber driver I love the collaboration and will continue to support businesses that support ride-share drivers!
My husband and I visited today to take a look and “try on” a couple of different vehicles. Chantel Gambrell greeted us and allowed us to take a look at a few new and used vehicles. We really appreciated her friendly demeanor and the fact that she was willing to help us out without being pushy. It was a pleasant experience that is not often the case when car shopping at other dealerships.
These guys had our Outback for almost three months after a minor wreck. Got the car back jn February after they replaced the head gaskets. Engine is now blown and they won’t stand behind their work. They are the worst! I would never buy another car from them!
I’m bought my car there in 2015. It’s a 2014 Sonata and had 15k miles when I bought it. I’m now putting on my THIRD set of CV joints in less than 60k miles. It’s no longer under my Hyundai warranty so they are basically refusing to even look at it. They warranty them for 12k miles. Everyone else l, and I mean EVERY OTHER PLACE, I’ve talked to warranties them for LIFE. I’ve asked to have the service manager call me twice and I haven’t received a call back.
