I needed a brake switch replaced on my Subaru. Google told me that in less than a minute. I took it to Capital Subaru and they charged me $418.17 when the repairs should cost between$104 and $117 From the time they called to tell me what was wrong (I already knew) until they told me it was done was 40 minutes. $337.50 in labor for 40 minutes. Will never go to Capital Subaru of Greensboro again Capital Subaru
Overcharged for a simple repair. Many other subaru dealerships charged 1/4 of what I was charged at Capital. They charged for 3 hours of labor as well as a junk “shop fee” for something that takes 15 minutes. Consumer beware.
