I've had nothing but good experiences there. Yesterday, however, I was a little taken aback. I needed front brake pads. The technician came out and told me that their brake service is only done with rotor resurfacing and it was $189. I didn't know if I needed it or not and expessed that. They gave me $50 off (online coupon) so I did it, but I found out that with only 43000 miles in my car, I did NOT need resurfacing. I will have my oil changes done there, but no major service.
