This place seems to be severely understaffed so if you want to get an appointment quickly or even get through on the phone without a great amount of waiting, I would go somewhere else.
RecommendedDr. Crites is knowledgeable & confident. He has wonderful patient side manners & made me feel completely at ease when I was so nervous about my surgery & began to cry from anxiety!! He set proper expectations & was honest with a answers to my (annoying ) questions, even if it wasn’t the answer I was looking for. These qualities are non-negotiable for anyone I choose to be a part of my care team!!
Been here since 10:20. It's 11:34 and my son hasn't been seen yet and we both have school and work to get back to. Highly disappointed in the delay as a New Patient.
