Surgery is fine, billing practices are horrible. They require you to pay ahead of surgery else you have to reschedule. I knew my copay would be near zero by the time claims processed, but they still required the payment or I had to reschedule. Now I've overpaid (like I told them would happen) and have to get money back from them. The billing office doesn't answer the phone so I have no idea how long this will take.
Check in was smooth, admitting nurse was great, anesthesiologist was great... recovery nurse on the other hand, not so much. I was rush out of recovery while still be under the effects of anesthesia. I wasn't offered anything to drink, i wasn't asked how i felt before my close were put on the bed and i was told you can get dressed now,, with no offer to help.
Had a surgical procedure here and the staff were friendly and professional. Handled me with care!

I had my knee scoped at Capital Orthopedic Surgery Center back in January, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience.
