Can't believe Capital One refuses to notarize signatures for property transfers when you maintain account with them. They are to certify authenticity of signature not legality of document. Fortunately UPS is a lot smarter since you probably want to send document somewhere.
I like capital one have no problems it's great
Mr. Adair opened a savings account for his 2 year old daughter a few months back. He put in $50 to start her off. Mr. Adair just checked to see how much interest she gained and found out that capital one had taken the 2 year old's savings $5 at a time till it was gone. The bank manager, who talked the young couple in to opening the account for their daughter, stated there was no minimum amount necessary at the time. Capitol one refuses to correct or make any adjustments.
