Poor customer service. Capital One Bank system changed on December 15th that affected the connection to Quicken. The connection is broken. Their website was done most of the day on the 15th. When contacting the online support, they act like it is working and I must contact Quicken. Hmm, I must contact Quicken, really. Did you test with Quicken? Did you write up how the customers are supposed to connnect? No
