You lost a customer today. Your new online banking interface is much less user friendly. When I contacted customer service, I got nothing but the uninformed script driven runaround. It is clear you are trying to push people to the App, but to make the App more compatible with the internet, you have made changes to the interface. I am certain that I will have no problem finding another bank to handle my money.
They have their security call center number set-up to go strait to voicemail. 5 hours and 5 phone calls later - no call back. If your identity is stolen and capital one opens an account - it appears that they really aren’t going to do anything about it. You are on your own because they do not answer customer calls or return messages. I highly recommend you NOT use this company.
