RecommendedMy experience is with the medical offices. The doctors are very good and some of the senior nurses are very good but the ancillary staff, office clerks and nursing techs are very disrespectful to patients one of them was me. I never receive updates if there is an issue of waiting. I have to ask and that was a bad idea they become irate! Very frightening!!!! They make the doctors look very bad. I don’t know if I will go back for my next appointment
I am here with my son who needs emergency surgery. Due to the pediatric surgeon retiring in April with no replacement lined up, we are being transferred to RWJNB. My son has appendicitis, so now we get to sit here and wait for transfer since RWJNB cant send their team I am now waiting on yours. I m disgusted that no one here can do the surgery.

My recent experience at the Capital Health, Pennington, NJ was nothing short of a nightmare. I had a major surgery last Friday- 31st and while the surgery and post-op experience on the 1st floor went swimmingly- the surgeon doctor Dr. S. Mathews was amazing as expected especially. Unlike her other patients who usually go home post procedure, I had the ill luck of having to stay on for the night- I was transferred to the 4th floor for after care. RecommendedBeautiful hospital with a hotel like atmosphere. Staff is wonderful! Food is great! I had my daughter here and compared to my experience at Princeton Plainsboro with my 1st daughter, Capital Health was much better on a lot of levels!
@capitalhealthnj Who is responsible for the kitchen that makes the food for patients? My aunt ordered food 4 hours ago and still hasn’t gotten it. The nurses are saying everyone has been waiting. This is unacceptable! Shame on you.
