The staff was friendly. There is a serious lack of communication. If a patient needs testing that will take 4 hours - be courteous enough to let their family know so they don't worry. Check in on them with updates periodically. Don't allow a diabetic person go without rest, food and medications for nearly 24 hours. Discharge paperwork should never take 5 hours! That is unacceptable and unprofessional!

Horrible facility and service. I booked the first appointment of the day and showed up 45 minutes early to register. I was seen an hour after my appointment because apparently front desk employees were late (all of them? How is that possible). Not only me but other patients received attitude from the front desk. You could hear their attitude from the elevators down the hall. I had my infant and husband with me for what I was told was a 15 minute ultrasound appointment. Two and half hours later the baby needed a diaper change... read more

I had been seeing Dr. Mitra Assadi for years I followed her from Cooper to Capital. I hadn't seen her in awhile and called to leave a message and found out she is no longer with Capital. The receptionist told me they sent out letters to patients a month ago. Never got one and the only info I was given was she is practicing somewhere in Delaware. She is my doctor and I have the right to know where she has gone.

Second time I'm here on time for an appointment and have been waiting 40 minutes. There's always an excuse and somehow there's still 3 people ahead of me?? Oh, people hit traffic...Boo hoo. I'm here on time and hit traffic too. This place is terrible.
