It’s impossible to reach someone to speak and actually get an issue resolved. My daughter has been without a prescription for at least a month because no one will respond to prescription requests, either from the pharmacy or the patient. Multiple phone calls and requests for a response have gone unanswered, and the phone system is a forsaken labyrinth of ineptitude where hope goes to die.
