I was refused service (a mammogram) because I didn’t have my films from previous mammograms.

Within the last year, some of the front desk staff lacks professionalism. I called one morning at 8:22am and the message said “I could not make calls from that phone” so I tried the house phone and received the same message. Confused as I’m thinking I was blocked but I remember A lady asking the last time about that and the staff seemed confused. My doctor is nice but seems to rush me at times and I hear rave reviews about Dr. Kim. I may ask to switch as a result.
RecommendedI had gall bladder surgery this week. This hospital really has its act together. Competence and caring at every level from the maintenance staff to the surgeon. I am so happy to have such a wonderful institution at my disposal. A grand positive study in what a health care institution should be. I do not have sufficient positive superlatives to describe my experience but I am so grateful that they are here in my backyard!
I was there in your emergency room on 12/30/18 and during a blood draw the nurse hit a nerve in my arm, for which I'm still feeling. Go here at your own peril.
