My husband was sent the wrong pre-op instructions for his second colonoscopy in 8 months. He was told the correct one was on the portal. The incorrect one was sent by email. My husband requested to speak to the Doctor three days before the colonoscopy to get clarification on the preparation. And again before his procedure. The messages were not responded to by the Doctor as he was away during the first attempt.
