Multiple trips To have an appliqué Installed under warranty dating back to 2018. Communication sucks. Once had my car all day and didn’t even touch it. And weren’t going to call Me to let me know. Had I not called to check, I would have been without my vehicle as they were about to close on a Friday. Worst experience as a customer anywhere at anytime in my 41 years. Stay away!! They don’t care and don’t even have the etiquette to fake it.
RecommendedWe definitely didn't feel pressured in to buy the truck we purchased; the gentleman in finance definitely helped up get to a figure that would work for everyone 🙂. Next time we are in the market for a new Dodge we will definitely be going back to Capital to see peyton!!
The service department has no customer service. If you take you vehicle in to be worked on be prepared that you will not get it back the same day. This is day three and John Jameyson doesn't want to say if we can get it back today.
They are handling our friend’s situation horribly. I will not be commending this dealership to anyone.
This is my second time walking into this place and second time walking out with a car! As always everyone was friendly and answered all of our questions/concerns. Tyler our salesperson was the best and Rodney even gave my daughter financial advice for her future. Anyway 10 all around! highly recommend buying a car here
