Great experience with James Kinney this morning! I'm visiting from Boston and came in with a passenger head light out on my 2015 Charger.Turned out to be a blow fuse! I had a Dodge dealer in Virginia Beach look at it last week and wanted to replace the entire headlight assembly with an approximate estimate of $1440.00 Capital Dodge bill $128.43!! Chad at this location. is Awesome, Ran into some appointment issues at the Cary Nc location. and Chad had me come over immediately, took my car in immediately and had me out in an Hour when he specified it being a 2 hour wait. Chad is the Man of all Service specialist and I Told him So. Any work needed in the future will be at this location. Goooo Chad
Very good to work with very patient and listen to your needs. Not pushy I Recommend them to anybody who’s looking for a vehicle that was a very good experience for me, after going to 8 or so places . I wished I’d came here first. They stayed there late to help the customer they did not complain about it
