Bought the car less than five months it’s already falling apart i have to replace two tires already and the brakes are already going out and the Tire Pressure Sensor TPMS needs to be replaced and one of the tires

The experience with buying my Dodge Caravan at Capital was awful. After making the deal back in December I had to wait over three hours for finance until 8 PM with no food even though I had financing in hand. They crammed my invoice with $400 for nitrogen filled tires but a week later all four tires were 20 psi and the nitrogen filling membership was invalid. We brought our Jeep in for some recall work but upon leaving noticed that the rear camera was no longer working. There wasn't a problem with it when we came in. This may have been a result of the recall work or a mere conincidence. But the Sales Manager stepped up and did the right thing and repaired the issue at no cost to us. This place is a disaster. Every interaction is a mess. Can’t get part for recall. Get a part in and wait an hour to tell you that they received the wrong part. They don’t answer the phone. Told one dishonest fact after another. I like to patronize local vendors but they make it hard to do so.

I had a lovely experience buying my car here. Even though it was a busy Saturday, they worked hard to get me test driving my car as soon as possible. John, Tyler and Barry were so nice and extremely helpful.
