RecommendedI recently had my vehicle serviced twice at Capital Chrysler Jeep Dodge and the service was great! The first service was to replace a blower motor where they did the entire job (parts and labor) for $450.00 LESS than what another Dodge dealership was going to charge me. The second service was for an open recall that they brought to my attention. The part was ordered and installed the following week. I have nothing but very good things to say about this dealership!
It took almost 2 hours to get an express lube oil change! The only reason I came in today is I have already paid for the oil change. Long wait time was why I had not been back. I have tried to make appointments for service on your web site and is not user friendly. It is very difficult to just make an appointment. You should try it as a customer. Not a good experience.
The people at Capital were very friendly and curtious. Very friendly and helpful while we were purchasing a SUV. Thanks to our salesman Dhiraj Batra, and Jeremy Hamilton + Edward Ashwell our finance guy's. Thanks everyone for the great experience. 👍🙂
Great service with April. Goes above and beyond with helping us.
Service was very very poor. I used the “Express Lane” for a routine oil change. Two vehicles were in front of me but one of them was already on the lift when I arrived. After 45 minutes the vehicle on the lift was still sitting there. It took another 45 minutes to get my oil changed. This is not express service and it is unacceptable.

Everyone wants to make sure you have a good experience while getting work done. April in service is very accommodating. Had my oil changed and tires rotated very quickly.
I have been doing business with Capital Chrysler Jeep in Garner for years and their sales and service teams have been outstanding to deal with.
Great crew and great service too.
