We recently completed a major renovation with Capital Building. Every staff member and contractor were a pleasure to deal with, especially Kyle who oversaw the whole project. A special shout-out to Dean for the initial design and Laura for interior design who both had fantastic suggestions and ideas for the new space. All four of our toilets were installed with a missing part. This was not identified by the builder or their plumber and only came to light after we arranged for the supplier to attend to inspect a small leak. One of the toilets is still not functioning properly. During further investigation by a technician from the supplier, we discovered that the in-wall cistern had a repair patch inside, which appears to be contributing to the issue. YOU ARE READING THIS AS YOU ARE THINKING OF SPENDING hundreds of thousands of dollars on an extension or renovation so, PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ THIS AND LOOK AT THE PICTURES – They say a picture tells a thousand words!
