Dr. Troxler and office staff - YUCK!! Getting my tooth pulled has been the worst experience of my life. After not seeing a dentist for 15 years (yeah, I know) I finally get insurance and without hesitation I went to the dentist about a broken tooth. Knowing I haven't seen a dentist in well, forever, the dentist precedes to take my tooth out without informing me I could've had a root canal and cap, INSTEAD OF AN EXTRACTION. Absolutely Does this Dentist have a good reminder system about cleaning, check-ups or follow-up appointments? Always Was the office accommodating when booking an appointment? Great Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
I HATE dentists but Dr. Wilson made me feel comfortable enough to go back to have all the work I needed done finished. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist.
