I absolutely loved my stay here. Rochelle went to the moon and back for me and my two children. She is the kindest landlord I have ever met. Neighbors are also very kind too! Never had an issue!
Love it here!! ROCHELLE is the best!! When things need to be done or if there is a problem she does everything in her power to get it figured out quickly and properly!! She keeps me informed of whats going on and what to expect!! I simply adore her and all her hard work!!😍
I've been here for 5 years and I have ZERO complaints, no major issues, and any minor inconvenience that has popped up has been resolved immediately. The property manager is a sweetheart and she's great at making sure everyone is accommodated. I also like my neighbors, everyone around here is pretty drama free and it's been a great place for my daughter to grow up, there is a basketball hoop right on our block, local pool, and plenty of local parks. All in all living here has been great!
Rochelle and Van are wonderful and the apartments are back to operating great now that they have taken over again.
Rochelle has always taken care of any issue that has come up. Since her return to Canterbury...The exterior has improved, the property is being well maintained and her and Van are always working so hard! We appreciate it!
