She is seriously a perfect person to work with! I would recommend to her EVERYONE! She was always available and was very prepared to list our home (she had a professional photographer take photos, and had us sign all the paperwork before we even decided to list)
Our experience with Ali was AMAZING! She was incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating! She knew us and exactly what we were looking for. She definitely went above our expectations and saved us during a hard sale. I would recommend her 100%!
Alli G is amazing! If you were buying a home we would recommend her 100%. A couple of things were missed in the selling of our home like specific guidelines when purchasers are doing a FHA loans. We took a loss because of lack of knowledge. We originally met with David who sold us on Canovo Group however that is the last time we saw or talked with him. Canovo Group was the best choice we made in selling are home they made the process from beginning to end very smooth, answered every question we had .you can't go wrong if you choose to go with them
They were very detailed on what needed to be done to sell the house and the asking price was very accurate based on the upgrades done. I was very happy with the fact that the house was sold in one day.
Dane Hill is the man to work with. Super honest, and upfront about EVERYTHING!!! loved him as an agent. He helped us find the perfect home within our budget, always kept us on schedule with the due dates we needed to be on time for, and helped us close very effortlessly.
The information packet provided gave awesome details on how to get the most out of out home. We followed their guidelines and ended up exceeding what we thought we would be able to get from the sale. Very professional and always looked out for our benefit.
