I had to short sale my home, which was in a remote location in Utah and not getting a very good response. When Canovo group accepted the task (which other realtors wouldn't list for over 150,000), there were multiple buyers coming in with offers at 170,000. That was the amount we paid for the house. I have been very impressed with the Canovo Group. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, courteous and professional. I was always impressed at how quickly our agent got us into the homes we wanted to see. Both she and our transaction agent were always there when we needed to contact them and were very efficient and clear with paperwork and transactions. Ali and Dane are the folks we worked with. They were very professional, engaged and responsive. Ali has a great gift of listening, which was very important to us in our agent selection process. She was also very respectful of our timeline and our agenda. Very good experience.

Ali was amazing to work with! I was on a tight time schedule, and had a very specific type of home in mind. She found lots of options for me within just 1 day of contacting her, and the next day we were already out seeing properties. By the end of day 3 we had an offer on a house. She was quick to respond to texts & calls, and put all the paperwork together before I even knew what was going on! In my life, I have never seen better customer service than what we got from Dane Hill. He was extremely available and willing to bend over backwards for all of our requests. He was professional, he knew his business very well and was extremely quick at getting things done. I would recommend him to every person in Utah that is buying a house.

They were great! They just took everything that we needed and got it done. We didn't need to worry. There were some issues because we got an FHA loan, but they were able to get the issues handled and let us just enjoy the excitement of buying a home without worrying about the issues. They also worked well with our lender. They were great at communicating patiently with all involved. Tia and Dane were the best!

Our experience with Canova group was fantastic. They worked hard for us and helped us get into our dream home for less than we hoped possible. Atia and Dane were great to work with, always updated us, responded quickly when we had questions, and went the extra mile to make sure we got our home. I will use them again for sure if we have real estate needs and I would recommend them to anyone.

Atia and the other representatives at the Canovo Group have been nothing but helpful since day one. They've shown an honest interest in my family and I and provided all the information we needed without being pushy or rushing the process. So glad I found these guys!
