We couldn’t ask for better results, they had our house under contract in 36 hours. Every question we had was answered in a timely manner and they provided good insight and detail. David was very strategic with how he priced our house: it was very statistically driven. It was not an emotional process. I think that was the biggest thing that helped us sell our house.
