They were very professional we lost our mom at the first of the year and was struggling deciding on selling so we thought if it sells it sells if not we keep it not sure how but we had 3 offers in the first few hours of going live the agent was up front and straight with us told us the best things to improve and said sell it like you would buy it thanks folks 2 ??
Brandon was the greatest Realtor for what we needed. He's the perfect balance of being knowledgeable and helpful, but not overwhelming and bothersome to us nor the sellers that we worked with. Realtors can be way too aggressive which then shows that their focus is only on the sale and not the customer. Everything was smooth with Brandon and all parties were happy, he even referred us to multiple lenders to choose from.
We do not live in Utah and know nothing about the area but have a daughter who will attend BYU for grad school. Given the high rental prices in the area, we decided to buy a condo near the college for her. The condo market there seems to have a pretty quick turn around. We didn't fully appreciate that at first but in all of our dealings, Brandon acted professionally and in a timely manner. Dane was always quick to help us with any questions we had. He went above and beyond for things we wanted! My husband was out of town on business when we were ready to close. I was very antsy to close on the house. He had a mobile notary meet my husband where we was located so we were able to close faster. It was so nice! We love Dane!
Canovo has a group of staff that are always on top of things. The process of buying a house is always made easy. This is the second time I have made a purchase through them and both times were effortless on my part due to their abilities.
