I came in to the office to speak to the manager about a referral issue the lady went to go tell her. It was so quiet in the office to where I can hear her say “ what happened what do they need, tell them I’m in a meeting” so rude and distasteful I’m very disappointed with the way I’ve been handled by this office. the girls at the front office their nice and very helpful. I’ve been a patient at cano health for 15 years. I am searching for a new doctor office outside of Cano Health.
TERRIBLE SERVICE i had an appointment and i still had to wait 35 minutes for my vitals and then an hour to see the doctor the whole office smells so bad and the seats in the waiting room are not clean the doctor Yoslaine Milian was SO dismissive i’m never going back!!! OPT for a different primary care doctor!
Nehemie at the front desk is the best. She is very efficient and very informative she care about patient appointments she call to confirm my appointments and keep me up to date. Ylande the office manager also is very helpful and nice when it comes to assisting and making sure we are seen at our appointment time. I really enjoy being a patient at pines Taft.
Marisela at the front desk did her best to help me with my appointment and get me in smoothly with Dr.Golin. Thank you for your help always.
This office is amazing. Thank you to Marisela and ylande for taking care of me timely and effectively with so much kindness. The best part is Dr. Golin, she is caring and thorough. I have been searching for a Dr like her for a long time. Thank you all!
