I really want to love this office because I really like Dr Diaz... I just lost an appointment with my orthopedic doctor because the office did not fax referral despite that I called a few times ahead. .. I've been trying to get the drug Zepnound kwikpen for almost a month my insurance requires a detailed explanation as to why I need this medication.... Dr. Diaz at Cano Health in the medical offices of Memorial West is alway such a pleasure to see. The office staff is Top Notch. No matter what the circumstances or issues we have going on, everyone there takes the time to go above and beyond for their patients.
