best customer sevice i visited candrell car care in 08-06-08. this was my first visit to this repair shop, i was very happy with my experience. the operations manager was their , his name is dan crosswhite, he was very friendly and courteous , if you want good service and good prices i would highly recommend them. thanx dan. bill
Left with the saem problem I walked in with and out $100 Brought my car in because it pulled to the right. Paid for the services and left with a car that still pulled to the right. Live out of town so bringing it back was not an option. I asked the owner if he thought it was ok to charge a customer even though they left with the same problem they came in with and he said yes. Auto industry is always tough to find a good place, Candrell Car Care is not one of them. Stay away!!
Performed unauthorized service and overcharged for it. Do not leave your car here without a written estimate in hand and signing an authorization for ALL services done before they begin work. We signed a written agreement for work to be done with a verbal promise to add an estimate to it the next day. Candrell Car Care was good to me I hav ebeen getting an oil change here for some time. If you schedule in advance, you get a great price. They are always quick and the service has always been great. The waiting area upstairs is not very big however there is a couch and a TV with magazines to keep you occupied the short time it takes for basic maintenance.
Inexpense Oil Changes and weekly specials I have been to Candrell's many times for an oil change. When you drive by, you can see there sign out front with there weekly special. Usually it is a fairly inexpensive oil change with an appointment. I have not paid more than $20 for an oil change from Candrells and I have never had a problem with their oil changes. Quick and friendly.
