Dont go to this place Please people what ever you do dont go to candrell care because I went there for a tune up &one of my lights kept coming on my ford and they charge me 317.00 BECAUSE THEY SAID IT WAS A NEW TRUCK AND THEY COULDNT FIND OUT WHAT WAS GOING ON... So I let them do it because I didnt know any better & I had to get it done fast to get my state sticker for my truck.... So I ask one of my co-workers was that right and he said hell no..... They no how to get over on women NEVER NO MORE
RIP-OFF!!!!!!!!!!! I applied to work there as a tech because, according to them, were very busy with tons of work. I was offered an idiotic $350-400 a week for a 6 day work week 9 hours a day, less than minimum wage, or 15% commission if I earned more than $400. I worked there for one day and let me tell you, they had me do oil changes all day ($1.40 p/oil change) so that the other 2 stupid ass techs could finish a van they were working on for 2 days. Unreal Took in for oil change. They called me and said my brakes were at 10% and would charge $140 to change them. Next week my coworker did same thing and they told him his brakes were at 10%. I thought this odd, so I bought some pads, removed my tires and pulled off my current pads to find them at about 80%
Bad experience! I am from Fort Worth, and I drive down to Dallas once a week for my sons acting lessons, I saw the marques sign that said 9.99 oil change, I was charged more then what the sign said and a week later my change oil light came on! and I had someone check the oil and I was a quart and a half low! I would stand out there and watch them do the change to make sure, and get the right price before the work is done. This place I would never take my suburban to again. Candrell Car Care is great! Highly Recommend Candrell Car Care. They have given me great service and have been my car repair shop for over 20 years. They have taken excellent care of my cars including my current 15 plus year old Corvette since I purchased it new. They always let me know exactly what is wrong with it before doing any work and do it at a reasonable price. My car now has over 165,000 miles on it and runs like a top thanks to Candrell.
warning the owner/(gm) is the problem. at this shop,the rip- off of the customer is the norm..low quality parts,mechanics liens and lack of tech.training is the biggest problem.cars not repaired properly the first time is a common problem.The rip off is also passed to employees.the guys that work at candrell are good hard working guys.The problem is the cheap,crooked,car stealing gm/owner.
They Will Rip You Off! AVOID! RIP OFF!!! Avoid this place like the plague, unless you like being lied to and ripped off! So glad we found them Awesome! it is so hard to find a car repair place that you can trust to tell you what is really wrong with your car, what it will really take to fix it, and what it will cost, we have had nothing but pleasant experiences time and time again with Candrell, it's like having a family friend in the business. we recently took our Ford Explorer somewhere else and we were told it would cost $2000.00 to fix it, we went and picked it up and took it right over to Candrell and they fixed it for $800.00.. GREAT SERVICE My daughter's car needed a tow and new starter. Candrell's was by far the best price, not only for the new parts but the towing as well. This was my first time to use them and I will continue to use them for all of my car needs.
