best customer sevice i visited candrell car care in 08-06-08. this was my first visit to this repair shop, i was very happy with my experience. the operations manager was their , his name is dan crosswhite, he was very friendly and courteous , if you want good service and good prices i would highly recommend them. thanx dan. bill
Candrell Car Care is great! Highly Recommend Candrell Car Care. They have given me great service and have been my car repair shop for over 20 years. They have taken excellent care of my cars including my current 15 plus year old Corvette since I purchased it new. They always let me know exactly what is wrong with it before doing any work and do it at a reasonable price. My car now has over 165,000 miles on it and runs like a top thanks to Candrell.
Candrell Car Care was good to me I hav ebeen getting an oil change here for some time. If you schedule in advance, you get a great price. They are always quick and the service has always been great. The waiting area upstairs is not very big however there is a couch and a TV with magazines to keep you occupied the short time it takes for basic maintenance.
GREAT SERVICE My daughter's car needed a tow and new starter. Candrell's was by far the best price, not only for the new parts but the towing as well. This was my first time to use them and I will continue to use them for all of my car needs.
Left with the saem problem I walked in with and out $100 Brought my car in because it pulled to the right. Paid for the services and left with a car that still pulled to the right. Live out of town so bringing it back was not an option. I asked the owner if he thought it was ok to charge a customer even though they left with the same problem they came in with and he said yes. Auto industry is always tough to find a good place, Candrell Car Care is not one of them. Stay away!!
Inexpense Oil Changes and weekly specials I have been to Candrell's many times for an oil change. When you drive by, you can see there sign out front with there weekly special. Usually it is a fairly inexpensive oil change with an appointment. I have not paid more than $20 for an oil change from Candrells and I have never had a problem with their oil changes. Quick and friendly.
RIP-OFF!!!!!!!!!!! I applied to work there as a tech because, according to them, were very busy with tons of work. I was offered an idiotic $350-400 a week for a 6 day work week 9 hours a day, less than minimum wage, or 15% commission if I earned more than $400. I worked there for one day and let me tell you, they had me do oil changes all day ($1.40 p/oil change) so that the other 2 stupid ass techs could finish a van they were working on for 2 days. warning the owner/(gm) is the problem. at this shop,the rip- off of the customer is the norm..low quality parts,mechanics liens and lack of tech.training is the biggest problem.cars not repaired properly the first time is a common problem.The rip off is also passed to employees.the guys that work at candrell are good hard working guys.The problem is the cheap,crooked,car stealing gm/owner.
