Super helpful staff all the time, real breakfast, clean rooms, great experience!
Very accomodating. I had booked 2 rooms and they were across the hall from each other without even asking. We had a wonderful lake view, the breakfast was awesome, the fire pit on the patio was amazing and they furnished items so we could make smores on the patio. We walked to Bentleyville to enjoy the lights at night. Fantastic family get away. We will be back for sure.
Room is okay. Staff was decent. Beda were uncomfortable, shower had very little water pressure and a lot of noisey children running thru the halls. Breakfast starts at 6:30am. We wanted to get an early start to our day so we were promptly there for breakfast at 6:30am. Breakfast was not ready, nothing was set up. We waited in lounge till 7am and food started to come out, but even then not everything was setup. Poor planning, preparation and providing a good experience for their guests.
